Wiley is seeking a Construction Quality Advisor to strengthen QA across projects in Australia. You will drive effective ITP processes, enhance Procore usage, and coach teams to deliver defect-free outcomes while meeting client expectations and Wiley’s high standards.

You’ll bring solid site-based construction experience, a passion for quality, and the ability to influence and train others. ISO 9001 experience is valued and critical for success.

Formación

• Experience in construction quality assurance and ITP development.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Qualification in Construction Management or Certificate III in Carpentry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support quality assurance initiatives across projects.
• Promote consistent use of Procore, inspections and quality records.
• Help develop and implement ITP processes.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend improvements to reduce defects.
• Support practical completion, defect management, warranty and aftercare activities.
• Advise and coach project teams on quality systems and best practices.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and provide reporting to leadership.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Quality Advisor to strengthen quality across our projects. This hands-on role will support practical quality systems, improve Procore use and inspection processes, and coach teams to deliver compliant, defect-free outcomes that meet client expectations and Wiley’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance initiatives across projects.
• Promote consistent use of Procore, inspections and quality records.
• Help develop and implement effective Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) processes.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend practical improvements to reduce defects.
• Support practical completion, defect management, warranty and aftercare activities.
• Advise and coach project teams on quality systems, processes and best practice.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and provide meaningful reporting to leadership.
• Encourage continuous improvement through practical, project-based solutions.

About You

You’ll be a respected construction professional who combines strong building construction site experience with a passion for quality, continuous improvement and developing others.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong understanding of construction quality assurance, ITPs, defect management and practical completion.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to influence, coach and build capability across project teams.
• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or Integrated Management Systems will be highly regarded.
