Job summary

Wiley is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with advanced Revit to join our multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate design from client brief to construction documentation on industrial and commercial projects, using Revit and Navisworks to develop buildable solutions and manage inputs from internal teams and consultants.

Role requires at least three years of design or documentation experience, knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant design or documentation experience.
• Advanced Revit capability, essential for this position.
• Experience using Navisworks for design coordination and model review.
• Experience in industrial, food manufacturing or commercial building design.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing and buildability.
• Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and produce accurate documentation.
• BIM management and MS Project experience will be highly regarded.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with advanced Revit capability to join our team.

Working across technically complex industrial and commercial projects, you will coordinate the design process from client brief through to detailed design and construction documentation.

Using Revit and Navisworks, you will develop practical design solutions, produce accurate drawing packages and coordinate inputs from internal teams, external consultants and subcontractors. You will help ensure each design meets project requirements, construction standards and Wiley's expectations for quality and safety.

About You

You may currently be working as a BIM Coordinator, Design Coordinator, Revit Designer or Architectural Draftsperson.

• At least three years of relevant design or documentation experience
