Job summary

CIP Constructions is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Perth team and gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle. You will work with the Project Manager and Site Manager to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects and progress into Project or Site Management on completion of each lifecycle stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, such as site or project engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery models.
• Exposure to QA systems, site documentation, and project reporting.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development with consultants and project teams.
• Prepare monthly project control group (PCG) reports and attend client meetings.
• Manage Quality Assurance documentation and site registers (including Procore).
• Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor coordination.
• Support programming (short and long‑term project schedules).
• Participate in design reviews and shop drawing assessments.
• Assist Site Manager with supervision of selected work packages.
• Contribute to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals at project completion.
