Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Hands-on project engineer experience in the local market.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across active sites.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Manager on project documentation, cost control, and reporting.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with subcontractors and clients.
Assist with job cost accounting, budgeting, and procurement.
Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
Provide on-site supervision and ensure quality control across active sites.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and certifying authorities.
