Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in the South West Region of WA, supporting our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. The role is based in Bunbury with occasional site-based roster or travel requirements.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, review quality documentation, and develop RFQs while providing on-site support as needed to plan and execute projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining environment.
• Proven problem solving ability.
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Review of internal and subcontractor quality documentation
• Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage technical queries
• Compile work packs, have input into HSE and quality documentation
• Interpret drawings, standards, and client procedures
• Provide occasional on-site support to supervisors and crews, assisting with planning, execution and resolution of project-related issues.
