Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Cost Controller to join our Mining & Minerals South West Operations team. Primarily based in Bunbury office, with one day travel to site required, this is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, where you'll play a key role in supporting the successful financial delivery of major projects.

Responsibilities include invoicing, site progress claims, cost and revenue forecasting, and timekeeping system support, with the opportunity for career

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management within mining/resources industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project cost management principles.
• High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient data handling and reporting skills.
• Proven rights to work in Australia and willingness to travel to site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and client invoicing and supporting documentation.
• Compile and prepare site progress claims and manage the payments process.
• Assist in monthly cost and revenue forecast reporting.
• Assist with office and site timekeeping systems and reporting.

Due to continued growth, Monadelphous is seeking a Cost Controller to join our established Mining & Minerals South West Operations team. Primarily based in our Bunbury office, with one day travel to site required, this is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, where you'll play a key role in supporting the successful financial delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of internal and client invoicing and supporting documentation
• Compilation and preparation of site progress claims to the client and management of the process, ensuring timely payments
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for project cost and revenue forecasts
• Assist with office and site timekeeping systems and reporting

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in the mining/resources industry is highly desirable
• Understanding and application of project cost management principles
• Strong data and communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
• High levels of computer literacy including report systems
• Proof of rights to work in Australia
• Flexibility to attend site and undertake travel as required for operational purposes.
