Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our delivery team for upcoming projects in Western Australia. You will help ensure safe, on-schedule execution and alignment with client requirements across multi-discipline scopes.

You will represent Worley within the client organization, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and focus on delivering quality outcomes, budget adherence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in complex processing facilities, preferably in resources or heavy industrials.
• Ability to work within a client organisation while representing Worley’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Worley within the client organisation and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• Partner with contractors delivering engineering, design, procurement and construction scopes.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Ensure compliance with client systems, processes and governance requirements.
