Worley is seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to lead a team delivering high‑quality structural design across mining, energy and infrastructure projects. You will supervise engineers, support multi‑discipline teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role is based in Perth with flexible working from home options. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate global workshare while driving timely delivery for key clients in a dynamic energy transition landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Structural Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 15+ years of structural engineering design experience in mining, energy or infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of teams delivering projects under tight schedules.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Australian Standards and structural design across project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural engineers and designers to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables from you and the team.
• Provide technical supervision, mentorship and development of junior engineers.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and global offices to share workshare.
• Manage resources and liaise with portfolio leadership to anticipate requirements.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
