Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our delivery team for upcoming projects in Western Australia. You will help ensure safe, on-schedule execution and alignment with client requirements across multi-discipline scopes.

You will represent Worley within the client organization, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and focus on delivering quality outcomes, budget adherence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in complex processing facilities, preferably in resources or heavy industrials.
• Ability to work within a client organisation while representing Worley’s values and standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Perth to assist us in delivering our upcoming projects going into execution. Joining an energised Worley team focused on project delivery, you will play a key role in the safe, quality and successful delivery of major projects within the state.

This position offers the opportunity to work on range of projects, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent Worley within the client organization, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule performance.
• Partner with contractors delivering engineering, design, procurement and construction scopes.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines and locations.

About You

• Demonstrated experience (3 to 5 years) in a Project Engineer or similar project delivery role.
• Proven experience working within complex processing facilities, ideally in resources or heavy industrial environments.
• Ability to work effectively within a client organization while representing Worley's values and standards.
• Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
