Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support delivery of major projects exceeding $1B TIC. You will lead project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating across engineering, design, procurement and construction teams.

You will represent Worley within client organisations, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and drive responsible project leadership in a complex processing facility environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Project Engineer or similar project delivery role.
• Experience delivering projects within complex facilities, ideally in resources or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong capability coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Worley within the client organisation and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage the execution and delivery of capital projects from development through to completion.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule performance.
• Oversee contractors delivering engineering, design, procurement and construction scopes.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Provide project leadership within a complex processing facility environment.
• Ensure compliance with client systems, processes and governance requirements.
• Support future opportunities as a Worley representative across multiple customer accounts.
