Job summary

Nestlé Broadford Factory in VIC is seeking a Project Engineer on a 2-year fixed-term contract to lead feasibility studies, design, procurement and execution of capital projects. You will report to the E2E Manager and drive safe, compliant engineering improvements across the plant.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical/ manufacturing/automation engineering degree and at least 3 years’ experience, with AutoCAD/MSP proficiency and demonstrated supervision of technical teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing/ FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, design, procurement, and execution of capital projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and documentation.
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety and quality compliance for projects.
• Coordinate contractors and site personnel for installation and commissioning.
• Ensure up-to-date site drawings and documentation.
