Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd in the Northern Territory seeks an experienced Project Engineer for civil, road, water infrastructure and agricultural projects. The role is site-based with a 14/7 roster on remote NT locations, offering challenging environments and opportunities for hands-on leadership.

You will manage day-to-day resourcing, contract administration, and reporting while upholding safety and quality standards across projects. National police clearance and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure and/or road construction projects.
• Commitment to quality, safety and environmental measures.
• Ability to liaise with employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Methodical approach and meticulous documentation.
• Hands-on approach.

Join the Exact Contracting team as an experienced Project Engineer and work on civil, road construction, water infrastructure and agricultural projects in the remote Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a 14 and 7 site-based roster, in remote locations that can often be hot, dry, and dusty.

Responsibilities

• Day to day resourcing of the project.
• Overseeing request for information submissions.
• Contract administration.
• Producing financial and monthly reports.
• Managing subcontractors; and
• Quality assurance.

Candidate Requirements

Pre-Employment
