Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Person to support remote civil construction projects across FIFO NT locations. The role involves operation and minor preventative maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment including Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Graders and Dump Trucks.

Ideal candidates will hold a Construction White Card, a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence and a trade qualification or demonstrable mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card required.
• Trade qualification or experience in role requiring mechanical aptitude (highly desired).
• Familiarity with CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs on large heavy earth moving equipment (Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Graders, Dump Trucks, etc.).
• Work on remote FIFO civil construction sites and support project delivery.
• Demonstrate commitment to health and safety and team collaboration.

The position of a Service Person is responsible for the operation and minor preventative maintenance and repairs of large heavy earth moving equipment including, but not limited to, Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Graders, Dump Trucks, etc.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a Light Vehicle or Mechanical Trade qualifications looking to expand their skillsandstep up into a FIFO role, or a person with previous experience in a similar role.

The successful candidates will possess the following:
