Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an Earthworks Superintendent to lead key road construction, civil and mining projects on remote sites. You will ensure activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule, with a FIFO roster of 14 days on and 7 days off.

The role demands on-the-ground leadership, strong safety culture, and the ability to coordinate with project leaders, manage resources, and report KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence is essential.
• Experience in a similar earthworks role.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Management or equivalent.
• S1/S2/S3 qualification is desirable.
• Strong planning, time management and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and MS Projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring project activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will be expected to work a FIFO roster, doing 14 days on, 7 days off.
