Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced multi-skilled plant operator for remote bulk, civil earthworks and mining projects in Australia. The role requires operating CAT and Hitachi equipment with a 14/7 FIFO roster on remote sites, ensuring safety and productivity.

You will hold an HR licence, White Card, and nationally accredited plant tickets, with GPS and final trim experience preferred. Meals, accommodation and flights are provided.

Qualifications

• All candidates must pass a National Police Check.
• Pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of earthmoving plant on civil, bulk and mining projects.
• Work on remote sites with a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster.
• Contribute to safety and quality on site.
• Collaborate effectively with team to meet project targets.

Join the Exact team as an experienced multi-skilled operator and work on remote bulk and civil earthworks and mining projects in the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will be required to work a 14 days on, 7 days off fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) roster.

Do you have experience operating our plant?

• Graders: CAT 12M, 14 M/H, 16 M/H, 150M and 24 H/M.
• Excavators: CAT 36t-120t and Hitachi 30t-120t.
• Dozers: CAT D6, D8, D9, D10 and D11.
• Loaders: CAT 966, 980, 988 and 992.
• Water Carts, Haul Trucks, Rollers and Road Trains.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Current HR driver's licence(essential);
• Current ConstructionWhite card(essential);
• Nationally accredited plant tickets(desirable);
• GPS experience(highly desirable);
• Final trim experience(desirable);
• Previous plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site;
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team; and
• Personal drive and results orientated.
