Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking trade-qualified Diesel Fitters to join long-term civil construction projects across FIFO NT locations. You will service, diagnose, fault-find, and repair mobile plant equipment, performing both scheduled and breakdown maintenance.

You will work on a wide range of heavy mobile plant, including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders and trucks. The successful candidates will have a Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification, a minimum of 2 years’ experience with

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and repairs of mobile plant equipment.
• Carry out scheduled and breakdown maintenance on site.
• Work across a range of heavy mobile equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, scrapers and haul trucks.

Exact Contracting is seeking trade-qualified Diesel Fitterswith experience on Mobile Plant to join our maintenance teams across civil construction projects in the Northern Territory. You will be responsible for the servicing, diagnostics, fault finding, repairs and both scheduled and breakdown maintenance of company-owned mobile plant equipment.You will work on a wide range of heavy mobile plant, including:

• Graders: CAT 12M, 14M, 16M, 24M
• Loaders: CAT 966, 980, 988, 992
• Scrapers: CAT 623, 627, 657

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification (Cert III or IV essential);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience maintaining earthmoving or road transport equipment;
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and construction white card (essential);
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team; and
• Personal drive and results orientated.
