Job summary

Built is seeking a Project Engineer to manage, control, and deliver projects on and off site within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships. You will coordinate design and programme requirements with senior management and monitor resources and procurement.

Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering and solid construction industry experience, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the building and construction industry in roles leading to Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports with the CA.
• Design management and review against project budget.
• Managing subcontract conditions and procurement of trades.
• Assist in managing target programmes and issuing programme reports.
• Identify & acquire project resources.
• Support Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager in determining project risks, goals, and opportunities.
