Job summary

Constructability Recruitment is seeking Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Supervisors/Foremen to join a team delivering high-value civil and building projects in ACT, NSW, and beyond. Take ownership of your section of works and progress toward senior engineering and project management roles.

You will work on diverse projects worth $5M+, coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams, while upholding safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Experience on projects valued $5M+, ideally across buildings, civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver civil and building projects valued $5M+.
• Take ownership of your own section of works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
• Support Project Managers in programme and quality delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality standards.
• Solve site challenges with initiative and leadership.
