Job summary

• Monitor construction progress against programme and project requirements
• Manage quality assurance, inspections and technical compliance
• Assist with resolving construction and design issues
• Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain strong communication with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders

Project Engineer – Large Class 2 Residential Project

Contract through to end of 2026 | View to Extend | ASAP Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a large Class 2 residential building project in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Engineer who has strong technical and delivery experience and wants to join an established project team to help drive the project through to completion.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and technical aspects of the project

About You

We are looking for a Project Engineer with strong experience on large-scale residential or Class 2 projects.

Ideally, You Will Have

• Previous experience working on large residential / Class 2 projects
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of your responsibilities
• Strong commercial and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Australian construction experience
