The developer behind this ultra-luxury project on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Engineer with proven multi-residential experience to join a well-resourced team. You will work under a Senior Project Engineer to support delivery of a landmark luxury development and gain exposure to premium finishes and high-end stakeholder management.

Reporting to a Senior Project Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing team of Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a reputable builder.
• Experience delivering multi-residential, high-rise or luxury developments valued at $50m+.

Aufgaben

• Deliver successful progress and completion of multi-residential projects.
• Support delivery under a Senior Project Engineer and coordinate with Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage project risks to ensure quality finishes and on-time delivery.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years' experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a reputable builder
• Strong exposure to multi-residential construction projects, ideally high-rise, luxury apartment, mixed-use or large-scale residential developments
• Experience delivering projects valued at $50m+
• Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Experience working for a respected mid-tier or top-tier builder will be highly regarded
