Intro Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a premier developer on the Gold Coast for a Contracts Administrator role. This is a permanent full-time position on a prestigious $500m+ luxury residential project and involves collaborating with a senior team to ensure contract execution and stakeholder alignment.

You will bring a tertiary degree in construction management or related discipline and 5+ years of experience.

• 5+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contractual scope on high-value projects (> $50m).

To be successful, you will have the following:

• A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is typically preferred.


• 5+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company


• Strong commercial acumen


• Exposure to projects over $50m

Opportunity:

With a big emphasis on the success of this $500m residential development, you will report into a seasoned Snr Contracts Adminsitrator and have the ability to progress through the ranks and lead future projects.

Experience with a reputable top tier or mid-tier builder is highly advantageous and strongly desired. You will have the support of other CA's and PE's and you'll be fortunate enough to be working with a Project Director who will provide clear direction and management whilst enhancing the team culture and harmony at the same time.
