Job summary

The developer behind this ultra-luxury project on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Engineer with proven multi-residential experience to join a well-resourced team. You will work under a Senior Project Engineer to support delivery of a landmark luxury development and gain exposure to premium finishes and high-end stakeholder management.

Reporting to a Senior Project Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing team of Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years' experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a reputable builder.
Experience delivering multi-residential, high-rise or luxury developments valued at $50m+.

Responsibilities

Deliver successful progress and completion of multi-residential projects.
Support delivery under a Senior Project Engineer and coordinate with Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators.
Engage with stakeholders and manage project risks to ensure quality finishes and on-time delivery.
