Job summary

Duratec is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to join the Darwin team and oversee remediation projects across Marine, Defence and Construction environments. This is a local Darwin, Northern Territory role with ongoing project works, focused on compliant project management, technical guidance and site coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Construction.
  • Strong understanding of quality documentation and compliance requirements (ITPs, inspections, QA records).
  • Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident working with drawings, specifications and technical documentation to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Duratec’s project management systems and drive continuous improvement.

THE ROLE

The Duratec Northern Territory team are expanding opportunities for a Technical Project Engineer to come into the local Darwin team, to oversee and champion remediation projects across Marine, Defence and Construction Environments.

This is a local Darwin, Northern Territory role with ongoing project works.

  • Ensure compliance with Duratec’s project management systems and drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to work closely with site teams, clients and subcontractors.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering
