Job summary

Duratec is a leading Australian contractor seeking an experienced Construction/Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from setup through completion. You will work with the QLD Operations Manager to ensure program goals, safety, quality and cost control are achieved.

You will manage direct labour and subcontractors, report progress weekly, provide technical guidance, and engage with clients and tendering activities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

  • Commercial industry experience desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
  • Proven ability to positively influence and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to self-manage workload while ensuring project efficiency.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job description

ABOUT YOU
