Job description

Planning and scheduling work to minimise impacts to stakeholders. Control all engineering activities and processes on projects. Ensure quality, cost, safety, performance and time schedules are met. Interface with procurement, operations, commercial, quality, and expedite logistic functions to ensure the project schedule is adhered to. • Interface with procurement, operations, commercial, quality, and expedite logistic functions to ensure the project schedule is adhered to

About you

• A degree in an engineering discipline that is accredited by Engineers Australia
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organise schedules and resources
• Experience with defence, civil or road infrastructure projects
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
• An understanding of cost control
• Experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience with Microsoft Project and other MS programs
• Experience with Auto Cad
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and have a technical view of civil and mining projects
• Must be fit for work
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check
• Must be eligible for a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
• Must pass a medical and drug test
