KONE Elevators Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Project Manager to join our Modernisation team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of elevator modernisation projects, overseeing cost control, quality outcomes, schedule, and stakeholder relationships.

This role offers strong benefits including base salary with 12.5% super, car allowance, and performance bonuses. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, on-time installations across multiple projects.

KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our Modernisation team in Adelaide. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and take ownership of cost control, quality outcomes, time and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

What will you be doing?

• Proactively manage communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the installation process


• Manage risk reviews and status updates


• Ensure adherence with clearly defined procedures and guidelines


• Achieve KONE's safety targets by driving/ maintaining a safety focused culture


• Ensuring compliance to policy requirements


• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support pre-tender and tender activities, contributing to successful project outcomes

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management


• Previous experience within a commercial environment, ideally across the building, construction, or service sectors


• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent projects


• Strong influencing and negotiation sills
