Blended Services Group in Melbourne is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination and delivery of maintenance and minor works projects. This role blends office duties with on-site attendance for quoting, scoping and delivery.
You will quote, scope and deliver projects efficiently, coordinate internal trades, suppliers and contractors, manage client relationships and track project financials while ensuring safety and quality across a diverse portfolio.

Due to company growth, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual to be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of allocated maintenance and minor works projects. This role involves a combination of office based and site-based work, with regular site attendance required for quoting, project scoping and delivery requirements. Reporting to the Maintenance and Minor Works Manager, the primary responsibilities of the role are to:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Coordination or a construction administration role including working both on site and in office.
Skilled in Excel and project coordination software; able to quote, scope, and deliver projects efficiently.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and current White/Red Card (desirable)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
