An opportunity is available for a Project Coordinator to join an experienced delivery team, working closely with senior project professionals to coordinate key project activities from planning through to completion.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years' experience in Project Coordination or a similar construction role.
• Experience on commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and team collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day requirements of major commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement, engagement and onboarding.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and upcoming deliverables.
• Assist with budgets, cost tracking, variations and progress claims.
• Support forecasting, financial reporting and commercial administration.
• Organise project meetings and track actions through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure project information is up to date.
• Assist with site and project team requirements to maintain delivery progress.
• Identify issues early and help the team develop practical solutions.
