Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in commercial construction contract administration.
• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong procurement and subcontract management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial and contractual administration on projects.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, scope reviews and subcontracts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cost control measures.
• Manage progress claims, payment schedules and variations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure contractual obligations are met.
