Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Baulkham Hills, NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide essential coordination and delivery support across the CoreMod program. You will help ensure activities are planned, monitored and delivered in line with objectives.

You will coordinate planning, governance artefacts, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, while assisting with communications, change activities and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery, program coordination or business change initiatives.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to identify and monitor risks, issues and project dependencies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting practices.
