Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the CoreMod program, coordinating planning, scheduling and governance artefacts. In a hybrid, Bella Vista-based role, you will monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and engage with stakeholders across delivery partners.

This fixed-term contract runs until September 2027 and offers opportunities for growth and exposure to enterprise-wide change.

About the Team

Core Modernisation (CoreMod) is a major enterprise transformation program that will modernise the Bank's core business capabilities, processes and technology platforms. Bringing together specialists from across the organisation, the program is focused on delivering sustainable improvements that will support the Bank's operations well into the future. As a Project Coordinator within CoreMod, you will be part of a collaborative delivery team supporting a range of initiatives across the program. Reporting to a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, you will work closely with program stakeholders, subject matter experts, business representatives and delivery partners to coordinate activities and support successful project outcomes.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential project coordination and delivery support across the CoreMod program. Working in a fast-paced and complex environment, you will help ensure project activities are effectively planned, monitored and delivered in line with agreed objectives.

• Supporting project planning, scheduling and coordination activities
