Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia seeks a skilled workforce program lead to deliver workforce strategy and capacity planning within the CoreMod transformation program. The role focuses on aligning resources, governance and data-driven insights to support delivery priorities.

  • Workforce transition and change management, including contingent workforce management.
  • Executive stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Financial awareness and ability to balance workforce requirements with budget and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills.

In this role you will support the evolution and adoption of the RBA’s Core Modernisation Transformation Program’s operating rhythm, ways of working, and team experience.

About the team

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Program Management Office, CoreMod this role will have two direct reports within the function, a Program Lead and a Program Coordinator.

About you
  • You will have extensive strategic workforce planning and resource management experience gained within large scale programs or transformations.

  • You must have demonstrable workforce capacity planning expertise across complex, multi-stream delivery environments.

  • Apply your workforce analytics, utilisation management and data driven decision making skills.

  • Apply your strong understanding of operating models, delivery frameworks and workforce governance.

  • Workforce transition and change management, including contingent workforce management is essential

  • Executive stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management will be key in driving outcomes.

  • Financial awareness and ability to balance workforce requirements with budget and delivery outcomes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
