Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Projects team in Burswood. You will support Project Managers across multiple concurrent works, focusing on safety, compliance and timely, profitable delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on key projects.
• Organize timely project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and provide updates to clients.
• Ensure contractors comply with HSE policies.
• Coordinate actions from service/work requests.
• Ensure safety on site per policies.

About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join our Facility Management Projects team in Burswood. This integral role is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, including safety, contractors, compliance, and profitable project delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in developing, establishing and maintaining the project management framework and ensuring that it is complied with by the managers.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Reporting Line: Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Acting as support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projects
• Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements.
• Monitor associated key performance indicators.
• Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures.
• Receive and respond to service/work requests from the client and coordinate appropriate actions in a timely manner.
• Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures.

About You

• Current Driver’s License
• Construction Management Degree highly desirable
• First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Competencies in the use of excel, word, project & outlook.
• A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
