Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Projects team in Burswood. You will support Project Managers across multiple concurrent works, focusing on safety, compliance and timely, profitable delivery.

Permanent, full-time role with a clear career path in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, reporting to the Project Manager. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Construction Management degree desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, MS Project and Outlook.
• Commitment to safety and a safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on key projects.
• Organize timely project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and provide updates to clients.
• Ensure contractors comply with HSE policies.
• Coordinate actions from service/work requests.
• Ensure safety on site per policies.
