Job summary

Solutions Plus seeks a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to join our growing Sydney team. You’ll work with Project Managers and site teams to keep projects moving from tender handover through to practical completion.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership and step up. You’ll coordinate across landscape and civil projects, manage documentation, RFIs, variations and supplier deliveries, with opportunities to grow into a PM role within a supportive, high-performance

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination or administration in construction, landscaping or civil.
• Degree or study in Construction Management or Project Management is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore or Aconex is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication with clients, subbies and site teams.
• Valid driver's licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across multiple landscape and civil projects.
• Prepare and track RFIs, variations, purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Manage project documentation, drawings registers and correspondence.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Assist with programming, progress claims and cost tracking.
• Prepare site documentation including ITPs, SWMS and handover packs.
• Attend site meetings and take minutes.
• Get out on site regularly to understand how the work is delivered.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a coordination or administration role in construction, landscaping or civil
• A degree or study in Construction Management, Project Management or similar is highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, with exposure to Procore, Aconex or similar a plus
• Clear, confident communication with clients, subbies and site teams
• A proactive, hands on approach and the drive to grow into a PM role
• Current driver's licence and White Card
