Job summary

Solutions Plus is seeking a sharp, organised Project Coordinator to join our Sydney team. You’ll work with Project Managers and site teams to keep projects moving from tender handover to practical completion, learning fast, taking ownership and stepping up along the way.

You’ll coordinate across landscape and civil projects, manage RFIs, variations, purchase orders and subcontract packages, and ensure timely site documentation and communications. A proactive, hands-on approach is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in construction, landscaping or civil works.
• Degree or study in Construction Management or related field is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication with clients, subbies and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across landscape and civil projects.
• Prepare and track RFIs, variations, POs and subcontract packages.
• Manage project documentation, drawings registers and correspondence.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Assist with programming, progress claims and cost tracking.
• Prepare site documentation including ITPs and SWMS.
• Attend site meetings and take minutes.
• Occasionally visit sites to understand on-site delivery.
