Job summary

Ventia is seeking an experienced Telepower Design Supervisor to join Telstra‑led projects across Queensland. Based in Stapylton with hybrid work, you will lead a design team, coordinate with Telstra and partners, and drive high‑quality telepower design delivery in a dynamic infrastructure environment.

You will mentor designers, manage client relationships, and monitor schedules while contributing to continuous improvements in design processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams within telecommunications or telepower.
• Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrical Trade background is required.
• Strong understanding of telepower design and project delivery environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel expertise is highly regarded.

• Lead, mentor and allocate work across a team of designers and project coordinators.
• Act as the key technical escalation point for telepower design activities.
• Review, approve and oversee the delivery of high quality design documentation.
• Liaise with clients and delivery partners while providing regional reporting.

• Liaise with continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and design delivery.
