Job summary

Downer is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Health & Education team in Brisbane. You will drive the delivery of planned works at the TAFE Southbank site, coordinate multiple workstreams, and manage subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery, reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting essential services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery within facilities management, construction, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Trade background (highly regarded) or relevant industry experience.
• Project Management qualification (desirable) or demonstrated practical experience.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering planned and project works that ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
