Job summary

UGL Regional Linx (UGLRL) is a NSW-based subsidiary of UGL, delivering project controls and governance reporting across regional depots. The Project Controls Officer supports the PMO by coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, document control, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely project delivery.

The role involves managing CRM records, preparing board and governance reports, and maintaining SharePoint portals to support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or Project Management or related field is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with associated annexures.
• Coordinate regular and ad hoc reporting for contracts and internal requirements.
• Produce ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain monthly contract presentations for stakeholders.
• File and maintain documentation in SharePoint and client portals.
• Provide record management and document control support.
• Coordinate quarterly board reports including Safety and Environment reports.
• Manage CRM records and client correspondence.
• Maintain organised records and repositories to support governance, audit and compliance.
