Universal Business Team is seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to join our operations team in Sandon Bank, near Stafford. You will support Project Managers, Site Managers and suppliers to keep commercial fit-out projects on track, coordinating procurement, RAMS, documentation, and site logistics.

This hands-on role rewards accuracy, proactive problem solving and teamwork, with a competitive salary, profit-share bonus and EV charging on-site.

Competenze

• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to keeping projects on track.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.
• Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Experience with RAMS, procurement and project administration is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project setup, meetings, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans.
• Record actions from weekly meetings and track progress.
• Manage central purchasing inbox and raise purchase orders.
• Check supplier invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials and instructions are available.
• Maintain project records, timesheets and compliance documents.
• Produce complete Operation and Maintenance manuals at project completion.
• Support warehouse organisation and stock control.
