EVSE Australia is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our Commercial Projects team in Silverwater. You will coordinate delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients, you'll help coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You'll play a key role in supporting project delivery while contributing to the growth of Australia's EV charging network.
Key Responsibilities:
You are a highly organisedadministrator with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks, solving problems and finding practical solutions. Ideally, you'll bring experience from the electrical, construction, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors, along with a genuine interest in contributing to Australia's transition to sustainable transport.
