Job summary

Mega Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded architectural practice to recruit a Project BIM Manager / Studio BIM Leader in Sydney. This role focuses on delivering BIM across live projects, coordinating with Architects, Designers and project leaders, and driving BIM standards and templates.

You will mentor teams and ensure model quality throughout design, documentation and construction. You will join a studio that emphasizes practical BIM delivery, hands-on modelling, problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar.
• Strong Revit capability - essential.
• Experience coordinating architecture with consultants, engineers and contractors.
• Experience across Commercial, Mixed-use, Multi-residential or similar building typologies.
• Experience establishing and maintaining project BIM standards.
• Experience preparing and managing BIM Execution Plans.
• Strong understanding of model health, coordination, clash detection and QA processes.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360; Navisworks is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM across major projects and coordinate architects, designers and project leaders with Revit delivery.
• Establish project BIM standards and workflows at project commencement.
• Manage model setup, coordination and ongoing model health.
• Coordinate architectural models with consultant and contractor models.
• Identify BIM issues early and drive practical solutions.
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff and share BIM knowledge across the studio.
