Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Lead (Architecture) in Sydney to drive BIM strategy, standards and implementation across a leading architectural practice. You will work hands-on with Revit and digital workflows, guiding project teams and officiating best-practice processes to improve delivery.

You will mentor coordinators, develop templates and libraries, review models for quality, and stay ahead of emerging design technology.

Qualifications

• Significant BIM experience within an architectural practice.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and BIM workflows.
• Experience implementing BIM standards across projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation and project delivery.
• Experience with Revit families, templates, model management and QA.
• Ability to train, mentor and support architects and technical staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading BIM across a large or complex architectural environment.
• A proactive approach to improving technology, processes and project outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an experienced BIM Lead / BIM Manager to take ownership of BIM strategy, standards and implementation within a leading architectural practice.

You will work closely with project teams, leadership and the wider Design Technology function to ensure BIM processes are being effectively implemented across projects.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with BIM technology while also having the influence to improve systems, processes and capability across a large practice.

You will have the opportunity to shape how teams use Revit and BIM, support project delivery, develop internal capability and contribute to the ongoing evolution of digital design technology.
