Job summary

Grimshaw is seeking a Project BIM Manager in Sydney to drive BIM delivery across Grimshaw's projects and support architectural teams with Revit workflows. The role requires coordinating a BIM team, maintaining models, and ensuring ISO19650 standards are met while aligning with Grimshaw BIM Standards.

Responsibilities include setting up delivery strategies, training project staff, and contributing to hands-on project work as needed in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering projects with ISO19650 standards.
Experience with a CDE in ISO19650 workflows.
Experience with large-scale projects and teams.
Experience leading and managing a BIM team.
Experience with IFC and classification systems.
At least 4 years applying BIM in practice.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM delivery strategies from project setup to execution.
Develop workflows and act as Information Manager for projects.
Manage a team of BIM coordinators and maintain BIM models.
Oversee BIM deliverables and provide training to project teams.
Monitor BIM performance against ISO19650 and Grimshaw Standards.
Support wider BIM team and contribute to hands-on project work.
