Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a tier 1 architecture practice. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage BIM standards and drive digital delivery across Aviation, Infrastructure and Data Centre projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or related discipline.
• 3–7 years' BIM coordination or design delivery experience.
• Advanced Revit skills with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage or similar coordination software.
• Understanding of consultant coordination and project delivery workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, CDE processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across complex aviation, infrastructure and data centre projects.

• Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and consultant model exchanges.
• Support project teams with BIM standards, workflows and information requirements.
• Set up and manage project models within Revit.
• Conduct model reviews and coordination workshops, identifying and resolving design issues.
• Support digital handover and project information requirements.
• Provide Revit and BIM support to project teams and contribute to improving BIM standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, accurate and coordinated project information.

You'll be an experienced BIM and design delivery professional with strong technical capability and a passion for coordinating complex projects.
You will ideally have:

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or a related discipline.
• Around 3-7 years' experience in BIM coordination or design delivery.
• Advanced Revit skills and experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Experience using Navisworks Manage or similar coordination software.
• Strong understanding of consultant coordination and project delivery workflows.
• Experience with BIM standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
