Job summary

Dragonglass Lamination is looking for a hands-on production coordinator to support a busy glass laminating operation in Australia. You will work with the production team to move jobs from order through to dispatch, gaining exposure to quality control and documentation.

The role combines practical production tasks with factory operations support and offers hands-on training within a stable, regional manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, glass, engineering or similar practical environment.
• Strong hands-on mechanical or technical ability.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to read measurements, job sheets and basic technical information.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• Practical approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.

Job description

Working with the Floor Supervisor and Director, you will help move each job from order through production, quality control and dispatch. This is a hands-on coordination role combining practical production work with factory operations support.

Key responsibilities

Working hands-on alongside the production team

Preparing, handling and processing glass safely

Learning to operate specialised glass-laminating machinery and equipment

Assisting with loading, production, quality checks and dispatch

Coordinating the daily production schedule with the Floor Supervisor

Preparing job sheets, production records and quality documentation

About you
