Job summary

Horner Recruitment is seeking reliable Machine Operators for a leading glass manufacturer in Rowville. You will be trained to operate the production line, handle glass, and work with a small gantry crane on a day shift.

This ongoing casual role offers a 4am–12pm schedule, Mon–Fri, generous on-site parking, and long-term opportunities with a supportive team. White Card and forklift tickets are a bonus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be trainable and physically fit
• Reliable with good punctuality
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred (glass exp highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and hand-held gantry crane on glass production line with full training
• Unload glass products (up to 25kg+) with assisted crane
• Perform basic machine adjustments, cleaning and maintenance
• Conduct quality checks to ensure top standards
• Follow all safety procedures

Horner Recruitment is seeking reliable Machine Operators (will be fully trained to work on production line - Glass Handling operate hand / small gantry Crane) for a leading glass manufacturer in Rowville. About You

• Positive, willing to learn, trainable and physically fit & healthy
• Reliable, punctual, with own transport
• Manufacturing/Production & Machine operating experience preferred (Glass exp highly regarded)
• Full Australian working rights
• White Card & Forklift ticket is a bonus, BUT NOT Mandatory for this position

The Role

• Operate machine & hand held gantry crane lift on glass production line (full training provided) and monitor machinery in a glass production environment
• Unload glass products at the end of the line (up to 25kg+ lifting with assisted gantry crane with suction caps)
• Basic machine adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance
• Quality checking to ensure top standards
• Follow all safety procedures
