Our Toowoomba Windows and Doors division manufactures high-quality aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Glass Cutter to join our production team. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient glass processing within our factory.

The Role

This full-time position involves cutting and processing float and laminated glass to size, organising daily cut schedules, and supporting general factory operations.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Cutting and processing glass accurately and safely
• Operating glass-cutting equipment and handling tools
• Organising and prioritising daily cut schedules
• Assisting with unloading trucks and managing incoming materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

The Person

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused team member with previous experience in glass cutting or a trade qualification in glazing (advantageous).
