Job summary

VENTORA Glass is seeking a motivated Production Operator for its Queensland manufacturing facility. You will work hands-on across multiple production areas, operating equipment, handling glass products, and contributing to quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be trained across a range of machines and processes, with opportunities for career development and regular overtime, especially during peak periods and before Christmas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes.
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Previous glass handling experience is highly regarded but not essential, training provided.

We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in QLD.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing quality work, and is keen to learn new skills. As a Production Operator, you will work across different areas of the factory, providing support wherever required and learning a range of production processes and machinery.
