Job summary

Rumble Asia Pty in Sydney seeks an experienced technology reporting professional to provide comprehensive reporting, documentation and internal communications support within the Technology & Data Team. You will produce monthly, quarterly and half-yearly technology reports for management and Board committees, and author executive reports that show technology performance against objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing for non-technical audiences.
• 3–5 years in a similar reporting/communications role.
• Experience in management reporting and formal communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and Confluence.
• Detail-oriented with deadline reliability.
• Proactive, collaborative and AI-minded.
• Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities.

Reporting to the Technology Portfolio Manager, you will support the team to provide a full range of reporting, documentation and internal communication services for a market leader in the Wealth Sector working in the Technology & Data Team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly and half-yearly technology reports for management and Board committees
• Author executive technology reports and organisational communications conveying technology performance against its objectives
• Write and distribute Technology communications, including system change and outage notifications, town hall content and intranet updates
• Manage a reporting calendar, templates and a structured document repository
• Use approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to improve the speed, quality and consistency of your work, while validating outputs for accuracy

About you

• Strong professional writing skills, with the ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences
• 3-5 years' experience within a similar type of function
• Experience in management reporting and formal communications in a corporate environment
• Confidence using SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Confluence
• Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to gather and synthesise input from multiple stakeholders and manage to deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative approach, and an interest in using AI to work smarter
• Adaptable and flexible approach and enjoys taking on new responsibilities
